Repair and Refurbishment
Initial Assessment and Diagnosis:
Our process begins with a detailed inspection by expert technicians. This involves visual checks, performance testing, and troubleshooting of all components, including pumps, motors, valves, flowmeters, transmitters, and control panels. A detailed report and quotation are generated for the customer's approval.
Precision Rebuild:
Once approved, the skid is thoroughly cleaned and specified components undergo meticulous repair or replacement procedures:
Pumps: Worn parts like impellers, seals, and bearings are replaced. Techniques such as welding and machining are used to restore worn surfaces.
Structural: The skid base is cleaned, and inspected.
Reassembly and Quality Control:
The components are then reassembled with attention to detail and required internal tolerances, often using new gaskets and seals. The entire skid is then subjected to rigorous quality control measures:
Performance Validation: Final test runs and pressure tests are conducted to validate that performance benchmarks and OEM specifications are met.
Documentation: Comprehensive documentation is provided, which is crucial for regulatory compliance and future maintenance.
Outcome and Benefits:
The end result is a system that not only functions correctly but offers improved reliability and an extended operational lifespan. This process allows for cost-effective maintenance, avoiding the need for premature and expensive replacements, and ensures the system operates at peak efficiency.
